ADDRESS BY DR B S NGUBANE, MINISTER OF ARTS, CULTURE, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, AT THE OPENING OF THE AZARIA MBATHA EXHIBITION, THE WILLIAM HUMPHREYS ART GALLERY, KIMBERLEY, 6 SEPTEMBER 1999
Enjoyment of the arts has always given me great pleasure. Azaria Mbatha is one of the Africans that we should be proud of, and one of the artists whose work will ensure that art and its appreciation is passed from one generation to the other.
